1. Effective Communication

You are communicating every second of the day, in your work as well as in your private life. Sometimes it feels good, sometimes it does not. Sometimes you understand each other, but sometimes it is difficult. It is hard to listen and to get the information that you need. In this course you will find out more about communication processes, verbal and non-verbal aspects of communication and psychological aspects of communication. You will practice different communication styles and get skills to function in difficult situations (1 or 2 days)

2. Strategical Communication Management

You know that communication/PR is important for your company or organization, but how do you create an effective strategy? How do you develop a communication strategy that matches with your company goals? In this course we focus on the most important communication/PR competencies. Theory, skills and also practical trainings will be a part of it (3-5 days)

3. Effective External Communication/PR

We know something about PR, advertising and marketing, but how can we develop our external communication in an effective way? How should we analyze the different stakeholder groups and make a better strategy in order to create a better image? In this course we will discuss all relevant aspects of external communication. Not only in theory, but also in practice, if possible related to your own company (2-4 days).

4. Effective Internal Communication

We all know that every company or organization has to do with internal communication. Top-down communication, bottom-up communication, but also rumors and gossip are a part of it. How can we create better connections with the people in our company? Moreover, how we can improve their affection with the organization, realize a sense of ´being proud of the company´ and get the people to work in teams? In this course we will pay attention to all aspects of internal communication.
