This is a summary proposal of ‘Bridging the Gaps in Pluralist Civil Dialogue: Training in Transparency’

The general aim of the action is:

• to promote and protect the transparency and dialogue in societal information and policy processes,
• related to freedom, independence and democratic responsibility,
• using an advanced type of training methodology: competence learning.
